Colonial building has always had its own charm. One of the ways to preserve its long-standing history in this modern world is to convert the building into commercial place like what we’ve done in this coffee shop. Sustainable design with sleek and modern look was chosen as the main concept while preserving the unique interior of the original building. Even though the building is located on the busy area, there is a distance between the building and the road so it reduces the level of noise.
