A villa built on the family-owned land, Sawasae Bunisari has wide openings with a perfect view of the vast, green ricefields. To optimize the view from inside the building, the mass of the building is made in a V-shaped and there is a roof garden so that the building blends into its surroundings. This villa has a swimming pool which is deliberately placed on the edge with a wide deck so that it adds to the impression of a private resort.
